The
Fort Myers-Lee County Public Library is the main library for
Lee County and is located in downtown Fort Myers. The library
is home to the system's primary collection of legal, business
and financial information as well as an extensive genealogy
collection.
The
library has a meeting room, computers with Internet Access
and a full youth services program. The largest archive of
periodical information is available here, as well as a full
run of the Fort Myers News-Press and
the New York Times. It offers programs for adults, teens
and children, including story time.
