The focus of the Board is to promote,
support and enhance the services of the Fort Myers Library. This
can be done only through your membership support and fundraising
activities. With
the current economic downturn and reduction in all County budgets,
it is even more important for us to be able to step up and provide
those items that are not in the budget.
Special programs are scheduled each
year for adults and children.
An
annual pre-holiday Book Sale is scheduled for November while “sidewalk sales” of
donated books are planned as Saturday events throughout the year.
Genealogy workshops are held throughout
